Help needed for 24 years old Medically complex Cook Sandeep Singh from Uttarakhand

This post is on behalf of Sandeep Singh who resides in Dehradun. He is 24 years
old and comes from a small village located in the mountains of Uttarakhand
called Ghansali. He relocated in search of a job to Dehradun and works as a cook
at different houses.
Sandeep has a medical condition called varicose veins where veins become
enlarged and twisted. It all started few 6 years ago which has deteriorated
without any treatment significantly in few years. Sandeep needs to stay
on his feet the whole day to cook for people like us. This has worsened the
matter. He is the sole bread earner of his family and his modest earning
supports his family in village consist of mother, two sisters, and one brother.
This medical condition is fortunately curable and can be treated by
sclerotherapy, laser surgery, and vein stripping. But sadly, with his tiny
earning he is unable to pay the medical expenses which could be around INR 2,00,000 Lakhs.
